        Having been with our previous communication company for 23 years, it was always going to take a lot to make us shift. However, we were approached by Start Comms, and they proposed a very sensible and attractive solution. This also meant we would return to a more personal and family based company, rather than the faceless and charmless company we left. Chantelle was very good in talking me through the options, and credit to her she kept in touch all the way to and beyond the smooth installation date.
