Thank you so much Robin for making such a beautiful video of Dad's funeral, and including many photos and pictures relating to Dad's life. It meant that many people who could not get to the funeral were able to see it, and even many who did attend were glad to be able to watch it again with the photos added. It makes a really lovely memory of Dad, and we have had many compliments about it. It was especially helpful for our mum, who is in a care home with many health and memory problems and could not attend the funeral my sister was able to play her the video and she sang along with the hymns and songs, and loved all the photos. I would highly recommend your work to anyone planning a family funeral . We are so grateful - thank you. Liz

Thank you so much, Robin at Funeral Photography. Who would have thought that I would need your services twice in a few months! We love the videos that you have put together of my mother-in-law's and my father's funerals. The addition of a few choice photographs - both at either end and within the service is done subtly & enables us to celebrate the lives of our loved ones. Thank you for arriving promptly, well before the start of the service, and it was great planning that you always attend the venue in advance so that you can plan shots & avoid barriers. Thank you again for making what can be a difficult time more of a celebration. Dr Alison Grimston

I would just like to say how grateful my family and I were for the fantastic service Robin provided for us when my mum died. His confident, reassuring approach to recording her funeral was a big help at a difficult time. From planning and preparation through to delivery, Robin's attention to detail was first rate. He liaised with the vicar and managed all the technical side of things faultlessly. His presence at the service was unobtrusive. The final product was highly professional and artfully presented: a lovely tribute to a wonderful mum. Many thanks Robin.

We were looking for someone to livestream our mum's funeral earlier this month so friends and relatives who weren't able to attend because of distance, frailty or lockdown could watch online. We thought one of us might have to spend ages getting stressed and distracted messing around with a laptop during the service to do the filming, but the funeral directors said we didn't need to worry about that and recommended Robin Cook. He did a fantastic job for us. He put a lot of work into making sure everything was prepared well in advance, like checking round the church for the best camera positions and the right spot to get a strong signal through the thick walls. On the day he did everything beautifully, but also unobtrusively so we hardly noticed he was there during the service. Several of those who watched online said how much the livestream made them feel part of the occasion -- and how discreetly professional the video looked and sounded. Robin filmed the church service and then afterwards as mum was carried, to the sound of birds singing, into the churchyard to be buried. A few days after the funeral, Robin provided as part of his service a video which, in between the service and the burial, includes a beautiful sequence of photos of our mum and her husband, who died late last year, all set to some of her favourite music. Robin has been highly professional and sensitive to deal with during an extremely difficult time for my family and I strongly recommend him.
