    I have trained with Avril for nearly 6 months now on a weekly basis. I've throughly enjoyed all my sessions and have learnt a lot from Avril. I have been into my fitness sporadically in the past but I have never achieved results so quickly in this timeframe. Every session has been totally dedicated to me and has been really positive. Im so grateful I met Avril and now I feel equipped to carry on with my fitness journey armed with all the knowledge that Avril has shared with me. I'll miss our sessions but if I ever get lost on my way I will be back in contact right away!

    I am 60 years old this year, and Avril has managed to get me back on course with my exercise. The work-outs are adjusted weekly and suit me perfectly, and I can see and feel the benefits each month with no ill effects at all. I highly recommend her if you wish to let a professional take all the hassle out of improving and maintaining your fitness and well-being.

    Avril promises a full body work-out and delivers 100%. I really notice the difference in terms if how toned and fit I feel. The class is for all levels and Avril makes sure to offer exercise variations and you can work at your own pace. She is friendly and professional and it's lovely doing the bootcamp classes in the open air.
