Dry Logs Ltd

First time I have ordered from them. Delivery was good but the logs are not seasoned enough with 18-21% moisture content. This is too wet to light and I have struggled with every fire I have had since delivery and I had been lighting fires for 20 years plus. They have not responded to my email and this has been an expensive mistake. I understand they will burn eventually but I spent 140 for wood to burn right now! Hence the low rating.

Every Christmas for the past 7 years Garry has provided top quality logs at a great price. Always timely and with a smile Gary's visit marks the start of the season for us.

Have been very good in the past, this year's batch of logs weren't as well seasoned as previous years. There was also an ordering problem as the initial batch weren't delivered, when I reordered the logs the price had gone up.

Great quality logs, better to order early in the season as you tend to get larger slower burning logs. Professional delivery always arrives at stated time. Minus 1 star as the website ordering process is a bit clunky and takes some getting used to.
