        Mike was very welcoming and made us feel at home immediately - he gave us excellent tips on what to do in the vicinity, where to eat, what trails to walk depending on the weather, etc. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, the bed was very comfortable and we had a very lovely time. I 100% recommend staying there. On our last day, in pouring rain, Mike very kindly offered to drive us to the nearest bus stop to save us from walking in the rain with our luggage.

        Rooms: Cosy rooms, nicely decorated and fitted out. A nice blend of luxury and modern facilities with traditional style. Walkability: Easy access to walking routes for the the Devils Dyke, South downs way, etc. Also, a minute to the local pub too. Food & drinks: Lovely homecooked food. The breakfast was generous and tasty. It included homemade jam and sone local produce (e.g. sausages etc)... very yummy.
