Dear Katy and Gemma, I just wanted to send a note to say how thankful I am for your work on our HR related issues, I really have been impressed by the work you have carried out for Crisp Digital and working with you has been an absolute pleasure. I was quite worried about dealing with Employee Contracts and Company Policies as there are so many rules and regulations to follow, and to be honest I wanted to sweep it all under the carpet. However with your help and guidance not only has it been easy to do, but you have increased my confidence in my company HR and that I am doing right by my employees. As well as feeling confident that I now have all the correct documentation in place and understanding our new company policies and HR procedures, I also have to say that it was a delight working with you both. You have been so kind, caring and understanding along the way, which was brilliant when I was so nervous around these matters.
