        Gates are hung skew, hinge welds are rusting only 3 months after repair, and Paul refuses to talk to me once I send him photos, and followed up 4 times with him. I receive sniping, arrogant and childlike replies. Over 1000 paid, for a botched repair. I dont post reviews online - but thought Id make an exception. Dreadful performance and response by Paul.

        One of the worst companies to deal with, and I personally wouldnt trust any of their engineering or maintenance capability. Watch out for their blame game - install shoddy gates with poor engineering, gates break down multiple times, charge the customer for every call out, never take any accountability and then send you a bill for their unprofessional workmanship, engineering and calibration. AVOID James Automation at all costs.
