Having worn hearing aids for over 20 years I can honestly say that the Oticon aids I recently purchased from Cole Hearing Services are superb. Mark Cole explained what I should expect and the product satisfied my expectations. A significant feature was the Bluetooth connectivity to my Iphone. I can now take/make calls with my mobile and get the clarity of sound brilliantly. Better than I could have hoped for. Thank you Cole Hearing Services.

First time for a hearing device/aid Am... And I was bemused by so many adverts &offers that seemed intent on confusing rather than clarifying exactly whay you are getting for your money. Not so with Cole Hearing -Mark succinctly ran through all the options for me -no pressure to sway me one way or the other... Just a clear choice of different Features that the various aids had. I changed my mind several times during his consultation and there was never any hard sell! I was kept up to date about the delivery date (fast!)and when Mark returned he patiently spent time running through the features and what I would expect etc now back in the hearing world& how to look after it going forward into the future. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cole Hearing Services .
