After 2 weeks of no sleep with a very unsettled newborn I came across Adapt whilst searching in the early hours. Dr Gareth is one of very few paediatric chiropractors in the area, luckily for me they open early and the wonderful ladies managed to fit us in that day. My baby experienced birth trauma but after just one adjustment was more settled and took better feeds, as a result weve gone from being up all night to just waking once. The rest of my family now all visit Adapt on a regular basis.

Gareth and the office staff make everyone feel welcome and valued. The personal touch (figuratively as well as literally) pervades everything. I have full confidence in the treatment and the people.

5 stars for the professionalism alone. After 1st session he will show you your scans and tell you exactly what is going on and what can be done. From that point you will have weekly adjustments and after a few sessions he will proceed to show you the progress of the treatment and the difference on your spine. Its the sort of treatment that will provide you with a better quality of life overall so too me it is like therapy, everyone should do it.

I would definitely recommend Adapt Chiropractic. Dr. Gareth has been excellent and I was able to see results straight after the first 10 sessions. I always felt welcomed! The personnel always helpful and able to adapt last minute schedules.

I first went to Adapt in July 2021 after suffering with spasms in my back for 4 years. I went opened minded. Gareth and the team have been friendly and very helpful. Gareth is a great chiropractor and gives helpful advice when asked. Ive seen the results over the last 18months and its great. I will always recommend Adapt Chiropractic to friends and family.
