        Been buying various timber for different projects for over 5 years now from this branch. I have to say the service I have received over this period has been outstanding! Nothing ever too much trouble and always with a smile. Also always good advice at hand if required. Very competitive on pricing and decent quality! Even there delivery drivers have always been a pleasure to deal with! Definitely a high recommend!

        I am disappointed with my log cabin from this company. The main problem was the installation. The logs were not fully pushed down on installation so we now have gaps between the logs, in a few areas you could see daylight between them. On one visit, I was told to jump up and down on roof to compress the logs together (it didnt work). There are also gaps around the windows/doors frames where they adjoin the logs allowing the ingress of water. The company has been back twice to have a look, but the problem with gaps between the logs still exists.
