        Unhelpful staff. Wanted to buy 10 goods plus 5 lottery ticket. But told that they only take cash for lottery. No apologies, no altermative options offered (eg cash back etc). She was just unhelpful. I walked out without the goods and am that customer that won't go back. Also a notice shown on the till highlights a minimum spend of 3 when paying by card - not illegal but breaches the agreement they'll have for taking card payments. It wouldn't take much for the shop to improve.
