Merlins Catering

Wow. The food and service was absolutely fantastic. Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and we still have guests talking about how good the food was. A huge thanks goes to Julie who's communication was brilliant and to David who was the star of the day and treated everyone like royalty - especially my husband and I. We opted for the BBQ menu and we were not disappointed. They had a great selection and catered for all dietary requirements without question. Nothing was to much for them. The canapes were so yummy too, especially the beetroot arancini balls and mini cheeseburgers! Thank you once again for making our dream wedding come to life.

The slickest team, the most lovely people - and unbelievably patient and helpful from beginning to end. Nothing was too much for these guys and yet they did SO much to help our day run smoothly. The amount of emails I sent months, weeks and days before the big day was ridiculous and yet Merlins were so friendly and accommodating. Our day would not have been so amazing without their help. Not to mention the yummiest food and great cocktails. Thank you again to everyone in the team. And a special shout out to David who was our Master of Ceremonies - he is the biggest legend weve ever met and the nicest person. Thank you all again - Imogen & T 29.08.22

They are absolutely incredible!! We got married at Parley Manor and they were our caterer. Never have we experienced a better and more slick service!! They went above ans beyond to make our day special.

When booking with Parley Manor, the one supplier that is obligatory is Merlins Catering and thank goodness they are! The food, the service.. absolutely everything about them was simply perfection. We chose to have a wedding barbecue which gave our guests so much choice. We also had the joy of choosing three different desserts for our guests to decide on. Our evening food was a charcuterie buffet and it was just perfect for our setting. Tea and coffee on the lawn was brilliant after the speeches and Merlins even portioned our wedding cake for our guests to eat. Everyone commented on the food and how delicious it was and Nick and I both agree it was just incredible. And then there's David - what a guy! Although it might not have seemed possible, he made everyone's experience ten times better again. Honestly, we could not have asked for more from Merlins. They are a dream-come-true catering company.
