Absolutely shocking service brought a vehicle from these Rob dogs traded in my old car was promised service history with the car which I still haven't received 2 months on, came with no interior mirror which was also promised to me still waiting(wasn't stated in advertisement) called today 8th of June 2021 to be told there's nothing I can do your not going to get anything from us so will be taking the matter to trading standards avoid this dealership at all costs.

I Drove down to collect my car from Scotland which was a five hour drive. The dealer had agreed to give me a trade in for my old car. Once I arrived they told me that they wouldn't give me the trade in price they had agreed for my car which was unexpected and an inconvenience. When it came to paying for my new car, Matt the salesman messed up his sums and overcharged me for my new car by a 3 figure sum. I called the dealership an hour later upon realizing the miscalculation, Matt agreed to refund this, but the refund wasn't forthcoming despite 3 phone calls, several emails and text messages to remind them. Matt kept telling me he would do it, but didn't actually follow up and complete the refund despite patiently waiting five days. I am left in a position where I am wondering what else Matt is lying about regarding my new car and hoping something serious doesn't go wrong with it. Matt also told me he couldn't give me the agreed trade in price for my old car as it was only fit for scrap. This was also a lie as my old car is now listed on their website for sale. The most shocking thing about this whole afair is I had chatted with owner Ryan when booking the viewing a week earlier, and told him how I was a father of three young children, so being deliberately conned like this adds insult to injury when your a young family struggling to make ends meet. Absolutely appalling behavior from a car dealer, absolute cowboys, DO NOT buy from them!

Do not entertain this company with either your time or money, reserved a car online, had a confirmation call as to when i could view the car the same day. Got there for the specified time to have some wet eared lad say they just sold the car. Awful communication between themselves an acted dumb like they knew nothing. If they cant get appointments right i doubt they know anything about cars at all. If i could award half a star i would.

Vehicles should be checked carefully. I looked over a couple of vehicles and walked away as there was no way they should have passed an MOT. Very suspicious activity going on here so buyer beware.
