After moving house & the garden being in quite a mess I contacted afew companies regarding the removal of a large tree, Mark responded quickly and came to see what needed to be done, from first point of contact it was less then 10days before Mark & his team came to cut down and remove a very large tree from my back garden in 25 degree heat! The team are great, extremely friendly, professional & cleared all mess up afterwards brilliantly. Myself & my kids enjoyed watching them bring the tree down and they answerd any questions we had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area for garden services, really good competitive price also with great communication before and after.

Priced a contract at the most important historic property in north somerset... the agreed detailed work was not completed as per instructions It was most inmportant the all cutt timber was left in a lift-able usable size for "fireplace/log-burner use.. Will the work was being carried out -He was away in a welsh cottage-his workers advised...they knocked door and said all was complete and I paid them 100s of Pounds in cash as requested... On inspection we found that the work was not as required--advised Mark-he said sorry and would put it right...that was last year---still waiting !!! Very sad indeed....he has once viewed the uncompleted work and messaged its ready for splitting..hello Failed In a Big Way...Not friendly-Not Professional -very sad way to treat a 78 year oldwho now has to rely on Others...

Really professional, courteous, tidy as well as quick and efficient. Mark responded quickly to my initial enquiry and followed up in a few days as promised to actually do the job. Would highly recommend.
