        I bought a fly rug last week. Got home and realised the rug was 5 rather than 6. The bag said 6 but had the wrong size rug inside. Went to return it and they denied it as well as charging me true wrong price at check out!

        Very disappointing Sue is incredibly polite when she is in sales pitch mode and clearly assumes the she is the expert and the client is completely stupid how wrong she is if you are looking for poor customer service in a cold cluttered shed the this is your place Never again Sue try listening to your clients they pay your bills
