Monks Cross Tiles & Bathrooms

There are so many companies promising everything - and when it comes to bathrooms you really don't want to be let down. So when our Crosswater electronic taps failed and Crosswater was little help, I found Monks Cross who stepped up with a great solution (as they liked these taps too, and tracked down the original manufacturers) - they sold me replacements and located programming manuals and have even honoured a warranty when one tap has unfortunately failed again. With this kind of customer support I wholeheartedly recommend them for more than taps - they are trustworthy, and that counts for lots.

We've just had our shower redone by Edwards Brothers who recommended we take a look at Monks Cross Tiles and Bathrooms for the tiles and equipment needed for the project. We had been struggling for some time to come up with a scheme that suited our needs in the space available, and we were happy to follow the lads advice in going to Monks Cross for a look. In effect this solved all our problems, and by using Gary and Stuarts' experience, combined with Anne and Simons' advice on what was available to us, we were able to put a design together that fits us perfectly as a family. We are delighted with what Gary and Stuart have achieved in this difficult tight space, and the materials provided by MCT&B are of excellent quality, as is the workmanship demonstrated in the tiling and fitting out of the shower. A first class experience all round, the photos below don't really do it justice. We absolutely love it and would recommend both Monks Cross Tiles & Bathrooms and Edwards Brothers if you need something similar doing.
