Came to book a graduation holiday to Orlando for myself and daughter ( approx 7,000) Checked opening times and drove to store Mon 14th March. Waited from 9.25 am to 10.05. Was due to open at 930. Staff in Next didn't know where the Virgin staff were ..... so sadly we had to leave. Gutted as I drove from Oxford , to be with my daughter, so we could book this special trip together

Would have been cheaper to book our holiday to Dubai ourselves online! ... Had to do everything ourselves, all they did was 'take the money' ...

Had nightmare three days trying to sort dialysis patient husbands holiday cancellation on line .. VH York had me sorted in 30 mins! Will be using them to make future bookings, excellent service.

Came to book a graduation holiday to Orlando for myself and daughter ( approx 7,000)

Was due to open at 930.
Staff in Next didn't know where the Virgin staff were ..... so sadly we had to leave.
