Nando's York - Vangarde Monks Cross

I was in Nandos in Monkscross about 3 weeks ago with my friend. We had such a great welcome from when we walked in till we sat down on the allocated table. Well, there's one lady that stood out. Her name is Siv. She really went out to help us as we're both having mobility difficulties. We were served like we were celebrities with the correct meal and she took her time get drinks and cutlery for us at the table. She really went out her way to make us happy. We were so impressed to have that kind of service. I would like to say thank you for all this. Siv is more than a 5 star . Please keep up the good job, you've got the good team in there. We will be coming again and again soon, we'll done Siv!!!!

Great customer service from the manager, Siv, who resolved an issue that had not been sorted before by a more senior staff member. She was brilliant and really looked after me. This kind of customer service makes all the difference and is hugely appreciated. Absolutely fabulous food, cooked, so the chicken is full of flavour and still moist and succulent. It can certainly have some bite and even a kick, but it tastes so good. The halloumi was delightful, especially when eaten with the fruit chutney. Excellent value or money and ideal for going on your own or with family and friends. Highly recommended, and I will continue to spend my hard earned money here . Kid-friendliness: Ideal to take the little ones to. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
