A5 Cars and Commercials

Brought a mini back in December with in the first 2 weeks off having the car the handbrake cable snapped and when I rang back up was told that its nothing to do with their warranty. Coming 3 months down the line now something in the engine has blew causing the alternator and power steering pump to blow had them both changed after again being told this was nothing to do with them and car is still not working. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IN THE SLIGHTEST. SELLS SCRAP CARS AND THEN DONT WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU AFTER THEYVE TAKEN YOUR MONEY.

Very helpful bunch. Came on here Saturday to see a few cars and was not pressured at all. The little valeter who works here had superb manners along with the rest of the staff i speak as I find and my experience was good and I couldnt fault the place to be honesthighly reccomend

So my wife and I went to buy a car on Saturday. Test drove the car. Drove really nice. I opened the bonnet and noticed the auxiliary belt was thread bare so went into the sales office to ask if it would be replaced to have a old man jump down my throat and insist that there was nothing wrong with it. Bearing in mind I am a mechanic/MOT tester of 30+ years.They also advertised the car at 2300 and the young pip squeek in the office said no it's 2500 or nothing so we walked out and went and bought one from somewhere else. I would have bought the car there and then if it hadn't have been for the attitude of the people in the office. Avoid you have been warned!!!

Nice lads but i.put a deposit down never seen it again and I never got the deal they promised long story short . I have informed Steve by email many a time but still ain't had decency to refund me . Ashame for there reputation. . I have followed it up .again and again . Be nice if he paid me back .Will be following it up
