I can't recommend highly enough. From the first phone call to book a valuation, right up to completion, everyone at Giggs & McGrath have been polite, professional, friendly and above all honest. We recently sold our property through Giggs & McGrath and have been blown away by the level of service we recieved. This was the first property we bought and therefore our first time selling, a little daunting if I have to be honest! Damien came out to value and was incredibly knowledgeable and down to Earth, immediately putting us at ease. Throughout the viewings we received almost daily, and very thorough, updates from the team via a handy WhatsApp chat. Once our sale and onwards purchase was agreed we had direct contact with Abbey who went above and beyond consistently to ensure we had real time updates and that everything was progressing. As always with these things we had hiccups higher in the chain beyond our control, but the communication we received from Giggs was second to none and Abbey was one of the most supportive agents I have ever dealt with (and I work in the property industry!).
