Best day ever when we, by chance, came across Urban Marque. Chris, Nick & Jake are all very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. From day one it was a breeze, they knew exactly what we needed from our "amateur" design. Simon & Andy who built our lodge were brilliant, very helpful and two real comics. Our lodge is exceptionally well insulated & cosy. We would definitely recommend this family company to anyone thinking of going down the route of a bespoke annex.

Using Urban Marque has been a breeze for first time home builders like ourselves. We searched high and low, and got lost on many occasions as other companies made the sound of the build complicated. From start to finish, UM have kept it simple. Communication with Nick has been excellent - always keeping us up to date with time frames and also very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had swiftly and efficiently. The builders that put up our cabin were very good too. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable too. We went for the water tight package so still making progress with getting the cabin finished by ourselves with the budget we have. The aftercare has been great too as UM have still been in touch with us after our cabin has been put up and again have answered any further questions we have had for our cabin. It has been an absolute joy working with Nick, Chris and the team at Urban Marque. Like most, we initially got in touch with Urban Marque with more questions than answers about our build; however, everyone we spoke with was friendly, professional and equally shared our passion for what we wanted to achieve. Communication from start to finish has been brilliant. Everything was explained in plain English with no technical jargon. We felt in complete control throughout the process with no pressure to commit at any stage. When we met the team in person, it was a seamless experience going through the choices and options. It's easy to get overwhelmed with big decisions, however Nick and Chris to their time to help us weigh up the pros and cons before deciding. We found Urban Marque amongst a few suppliers of timber frame caravans we wanted to install as an annex in our garden. Not only was the design fully bespoke, the engineering and drawings that were completed are above what we received with our main house! Having looked into other suppliers we found when you looked further than a fancy website, on companys house most change their name frequently, had very little turn over despite the sale pitches of being so busy and limited delivery slots and harassed you with sales persons who when you scratched the surface had very little knowledge on the requirements of the caravan acts and were only interested in getting your money. Urban Marque were very upfront from the start regarding price and design and there were no daily phone calls pushing for sales, but they were at the end of the phone if I had any questions regarding ground works etc. They helped make our design suit the caravan acts and engineered the kit to work with a very tight access site. The site team who arrived on day 1 were very knowledgeable and considering the end result was better than a new house builder we couldnt believe how quickly and expertly it was all coordinated with minimal fuss. Would really recommend the personal service by the directors and the site crew we had.
