I cant express how disappointed and shocked I am with this company. I bought a car recently and not only they were rude at the beginning. they have stopped replying to all my emails because the car I bought was in finance and they did not let me know now I am having issues registering the car and they do not even care to help me one bit even though their fault and responsibility.This company must be shut down immediately. Please do not buy anything from here unless you want to get scammed.

Terrible experience. Please check other 1 star reviews on other platforms to understand. Don't be fooled by the made up 5 stars. Deposit not returned. Simply avoid.

Really bad customer service they are obviously not trying to run a business very rude when making an enquiry on the phone would no bother taking my busienss here!

I am appalled with the service I have received and mostly the person whom I have been communicating with going by the name of Omar. I first contacted Omar with an issue regarding the car and Omar was helpful at first saying to wait for the warranty to kick in and issue would be resolved. Following this conversation, I then contacted Omar again regarding the same issue and have emails which he has responded to acknowledging the problem. He then threatens to cancel my warranty saying he knows my address and where I live and will come to my property to take the car back and physically sort this out . I am shocked after spending 26.500 on car that this is the service I have received and find the threats very alarming. I am now thinking to take this further and inform the police. Clearly very unprofessional and not where I would want to part my money with ever again . STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRADER
