Nine water industry CEOs received more than 15 million in pay and bonuses last year, as the number of times their firms pumped raw sewage into our seas and rivers rose 37%. The average wage for bosses at the water and sewage companies in England in 2022 was nearly 1.7m and their standard salary rise was 27%.

I have a fish pond which i supplement with water from 11 water butts. however the dry weather has emptied them completely and i had to use the hose. I contacted Anglian water for help and advise. I was pleasantly spoken to by the receptionist who listening put me through to a Michael. He was extremely helpful, polite and reassuring. He made contact with Julie who took over the problem and reassuring, courteous and helpful. The solution has been sorted thanks to Anglian water Jisha Hemelatha. I would like to thank the whole team who spoke to me. as a 78yrs pensioner it was so refreshing to have a collection of agents for the firm giving me such friendly help and advice. It is a rarity in this day and age. A big big thankyou from us both. You have made us extremely content and happy. Bless you

Will happily block your road and not care at all.. Workers just ignore you. No customer service or care anywhere in sight. Also no one onsite is in charge. No apologies for any inconvenience. Useless arrogant company. Had a grab lorry completely blocking road for over half an hour. Been digging up the road for a good few months now. Without any explanation. Can't give less than one star.

I have had two occasions to contact customer services at Anglian Water recently and I feel compelled to write a review because of the very refreshing attitude of the telephone staff. They were prompt friendly and helpful and the system was easy to negotiate. no hoops to jump through. I feel all telephone help centres could take lessons. Well done Anglian Water, Thank you.
