        I have found DDS's products and services to be excellent. I am a domestic user of just 4 cameras and a network video recorder, and configuring networked cameras is complex. I have very limited understanding of network configuration, but DDS gave good purchasing advice and willingly talked me through several issues during installation until I achieved success. The combination of good products and immediate, knowledgeable support staff is a rare thing these days, but DDS still offer it. Long may it continue.
