first time ordering. Wont be going back. The food was stone cold. My pizza was burnt and wasnt correct. Then tried calling serval times and got no answer

Just didn't hit the mark I'd hoped for. The pizzas we went for were the classic rather than deep pan. Yet the pizzas were pretty much deep pan, too much cheese and not much in way of taste with sparingly used 'toppings". Ordered the starter taste platter (or something like that description) which was a section of under cooked battered foods - beige and unexciting. Asked for the selection of sauces and these were just the pre-packed pots of sauce. This sounds negative but the food is edible and they are trying, but felt the food was flat. Far better pizzas from purely takeaway places (and I'll clarify I am not a great fan of the huge chain ones either). To the owners - Please use your enthusiasm and make the food seem as enthusiastic as you and you'll be on a winner.
