Super helpful in trying to help me find stock of some of my regular meds, despite not being my usual pharmacy.

The staff stand behind the counter discussing their personal lives whilst ignoring their customers. The main issue is the pharmacist Joanna, she is very abrupt and rude and every time I ring up (when I actually get an answer that is) she always adds "If I didn't have to answer you on the phone, I would be able to get it sorted wouldn't I" and it's not just me that has had this response, it's said to many people. Don't inform you when your medication is due after making a big thing about having to contact you. Are very rude and make it out like you are putting them out. Can't say I have ever had a good experience here, they are good at making you feel very uncomfortable. Would also be great if they could actually answer the phone when trying to contact them.

The advice given was detailed and personal for my needs and in my opinion more helpful than any doctor.

The lady pharmacist Joanna is not very friendly or approachable, patronising if you like. A good pharmacy other than that. If my prescription is sent there I usually dread the service. Went there today and usually no please or thankyou. Will recommend other than that.
