Jai has been amazing in my attempt to lose inches. Very fun and interactive and just great banter in general. He loves to customize his sessions for his clients, like i love football so we play football if i do well in sessions. Also he helped me deal with family issues and the issues with my anxiety which have helped me to get passed issues at school and at home.

Jai has been everything I seeked in a personal trainer and more. There are no huge over promises, no repetitive workouts, no boring sessions. Every session is different but the constant is that every time I leave feeling a better person. My goals are physical but they absolutely need to be supported by mental strength building and progression and Jai is so so good at this. I joke that its therapy and PT rolled into one, the dream for me! If you want a supportive, encouraging, fun, realistic but super committed PT, Jai is honestly the best person for you. Thank you Jai

So why Jai? Its simple, hes the dogs doodahs! Having been a gym bunny for 16yrs, my life changed drastically in 2014 when I got a new job which involved shift work and long hours. I had to move from Shropshire to Huntingdon so left my old life behind, along with my health & fitness. My job is quite stressful and I have no time outside of it to go to the gym classes I loved so much (I was a 6 evenings a week gal). I tried the odd class here and there but I couldnt stick to their timetable because of my shift work; I loved my job but my physical and mental health suffered. making unhealthy food choices during 14hr days, then using alcohol to wind down after a stressful day; I hated what Id become, I didnt recognise myself. In 2018, wiping away the tears of despair, I decided to venture outside of the box and look for a PT, so I Googled away and jotted down the number for Jai Garcia. I called then bottled it before he got chance to answer! A few days later I did it I spoke to Jai and told him what a mess I was in; I needed help to get myself back on track. The best decision ever! Hes seen me through highs and lows; weve laughed, Ive cried (a few times). Hes so much more than a PT; he works your body and mind (oh how he loves that challenge with me ) The effort he puts into devising workouts specifically for you is second to none, coming up with new exercises to hold your interest and when he says to me so this is just a game I know its going to be torture in return for his commitment to me I always give 110% (and a bit of back chat because he enjoys it ) He checks in with you all the time to keep you on track, so no cheating the boss! He makes you accountable. Jai is awesome; hes caring, supportive, encouraging, has a great sense of humour & we love the banter.when I have enough breath to speak during our sessions Thank you for everything Jai Nemo

I started with Jai a couple of weeks ago, really nervous about taking the first steps to shed excess weight in my fitness journey. I have very poor cardiovascular fitness and minimal core strength, but Jai is just wonderfully reassuring. He called me back the evening I texted, found out my goals and agreed to take me on. Since then he's been holding me accountable every day for mood, sleep, diet and activity, and I've already seen the first few pounds start to drop. It's really motivating to be so supported with an individualised plan to meet my goals, and encouraged every day but especially on the bad days, even if that involves being coaxed into doing an exercise that looks suspiciously like a sit-up! Jai is easily contactable and flexible on arrangements for sessions around my shift pattern. Would highly recommend reaching out to Jai for anyone looking to invest in their health and fitness!

Not often I write a review as I can never find the right words to explain what I would like to say but this one is definitely worth a try I contacted jai as I had gained a lot of unwanted weight and been put on blood pressure medication by the doctor as a result lets say this definitely scared me when I saw the the readings and give me the kick I needed to sort myself out over the years I have tried gyms boot camps different diets you name one I have probably tried it and never worked out not for me not wanting it to but lack of confidence eg last boot camp put you into pairs/groups to complete each other the fitter people in the group would get angry with the ones that could not keep up or if they lost eg me !! I hated going in the end so stopped I do not eat meat or dairy so my diet was all over the place finding jai has been the best thing I have done for a long time he has not only helped me to enjoy exercise again ( I always loved it since I was younger and suffering with depression I find exercise and a good diet really helps your mind ) but he has done what he said and helped me understand and sort out my diet and have a better relationship with both he is always available if you need to ask a question no matter how silly or if you need a chat my blood pressure has started to come down and now exercising regularly I have noticed my depression is not as bad I really do owe jai a big thank you and would highly recommend him as a personal trainer /coach /good listener /advice the list can go on definitely Natalie
