Ella is an amazing PT. She pushes me hard and thats what I need. My fitness has improved so much and my confidence to go into the gym on my own and know what Im doing. Definitely sign up with her!!!!! You wont regret it.

Ella is the best 10/10! Weve been training together about 12 months twice a week and i look forward to every session. Shes very knowledgeable, Super fun, Has the patience of a saint, and really listens to what you want to achieve. I get great gym and nutrition advice from her and on top of that I have a bunch of knee and hip problems and she goes out of her way to help me find ways to get what I want done in-spite of them Shes helped me reach and exceed every goal I throw at her. Which is no easy task with my never ending list! I couldnt ask for anyone better.

Ela really listens to what you are looking to get out of your time with her and creates a program tailored to your specific needs. She isn't scared to push you and she really gets results because of it! I booked personal training sessions with Ela after having a baby, and regular sessions with her really helped get my fitness levels back and brought back my muscle tone too. I recently booked her for emergency training as I decided to climb snowdon without any training or experience. I have to say that Ela's training meant that I found the climb and descent pretty easy, and my legs didn't even hurt that much over the following days! I would recommend training with Ela for any immediate or longterm goals you may have, she WILL get you there

Ela is very professional and knowledgeable. I'm halfway reaching my goal and her advise and support have been invaluable. Sessions with her are always fun and time flies quickly. Really enjoying the sessions
