Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Huntingdon

I have been visiting this opticians for 9 years now initially with my daughter and then for the whole family. The service for my daughter has been incredible, the difficulties she had with her eyes explained and the glasses fitting were always amazing. I have also been a wearing varifocal glasses for many years. Again an issue prevented me having varifocals and I had to return to single vision glasses which meant carrying two pairs around with me at all times This has been impractical and Zuher and Lucy suggested having a prism in the lenses something that isnt used very often as success cannot be guaranteed but in my case has worked!! I could not be happier - thank you

Never answers phone, I see many talking but phone line is never answered, needs to be improved Next time, still never answers phone, lens one side distorted, when I explained I got a deep sigh, then the glasses were bent so much they wouldn't fit on even a dolls head, how are they, utterly ridiculous, and still the lens is distorted, I do not pay to be treated like this, full refund please I will never return! Last years driving glasses the lens was cut to wrong shape and still falls out
