        We've been so well supported by Billy and his team. The carers have become part of the family and are always cheerful and professional, always happy to help and support us both. Billy is brilliant and is always making sure that all is well with us and is happy to accommodate any changes in care that may be required, if at all possible.         Professional, friendly service - Billy as management kept in close contact with us throughout my father's last weeks. Our live-in carer, Beatrice, made a real difference to our lives in the time she was with us. We all felt immediately at ease with her and she got on very well with Dad. As a family we are grateful to the team for making a difficult time for us that much more manageable.

        This company looked after our Dad for 7 months untill his death .They were always friendly and courteous to him and he got on really well with all the team.They looked after and talked to him which kept him happy as he was bedridden and couldn't move alot.Which made us feel better knowing he was in safe hands ,we cannot praise them enough for all their care.
