I want to say what a wonderful and above and beyond service we received from Mark the surveyor who was brilliant and made sure we understood the criteria and restrictions from our demands. Wonderful, he then passed all of this directly to the Huntingdon store where we first met the SUPERSTAR that is Melissa. Wow, what an amazing person she is. So understanding, so helpful and just went above and beyond as we needed her help to select specific carpets and arrange the fitter. We ordered our supply today and because of her we are able to have our first carpet fitted tomorrow morning. Wow what service - I can honestly say she the true meaning of superb customer service. And what a wonderful smile. So, so helpful. AMAZING SERVICE. Thank you carpet right and your team!
