Had a complete new downstairs toilet. Didnt have to do anything. Had a quote. Was very happy. The quality of the products used was very good. Was kept informed at every stage. The two other workmen. Plaster & floor layer were both excellent. The workmanship was superb. We are extremely pleased with our toilet. We will be using As plumbing again. Would recommend very much

Wow we cannot thank Adam and Nick enough ! Adam came to look at our boiler as we had rubbish water pressure and gave us a reasonable quote for a combi boiler. Later on that night the water tank gave up and we ended with a massive leak. Adam came out late and stopped the leak he then moved his whole schedule around so that he could come and fit our new boiler the next day as we had no heating and hot water. What a service. They turned up bang on time and did the whole job in a day. They were efficient , polite and kept us informed the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough and we will defo be using them again when we come to refurbish our bathroom. Thank you guys again !!!!

I bought my house in June and had problem with my boiler in October. My neighbor recommended gas engineer Adam. When he came he asked me to leave him alone to investigate the boiler, later he asked me the questions to find out if I have any paperwork of boiler being serviced lately or repaired. When he realized that I do not know much about the boiler he told me that my boiler is no longer safe to use and needs either to be repaired 2400 or new boiler installed for 3700. No choice of boiler model given. Being shocked and confused I agreed to install the new boiler. I was asked to pay on the spot deposit of 1820 to secure installation which I did. Overnight I changed my mind as I realized that something is not right here. Adam refused to return full deposit and kept to himself 820 for spending 1Hour in my house. In few days I called another engineer to fix my boiler, he investigated, serviced my boiler and assured that there is nothing wrong with my boiler, certificate given. This man is very dishonest even though he may appear a nice man at the first glance. Very disappointed and would not recommend this engineer to anyone. Service: Water heater repair
