Absolutely rubbish try calling them on hold for over an hour when you email them say they will get back to you in 24 hours thats a lie and its trying to sort out there mistake with equipment

very poor ringing for a week now still starts 5th in queue after 1 hour still 5th in queue never changes no matter the day looking at feedback looks like this company is failing nhs and should be replaced. perhaps nhs will save money when this company has been replaced

I am absolutely livid waited 12 hours for an engineer to come and service a bath lift for my 90year old neighbour 2 hours and 10 minutes on hold 65 of those minutes apparently the next caller. Gave up waiting. Ridiculous service

NRS is worst Healthcare services I have ever seen. They cost the NHS millions of pounds they even can't get The Delivering equipment to the correct Address. I had to take day off work waiting for delivery from NRS . the tracking says delivery has completed . But I haven't got the delivery at all.
