        Bought a lovely light, broke just before the warranty ran out. I did contact them a few days after the warranty ran out and they won't replace it. Told me I could buy new parts which were as expensive as the original light. Wouldn't recommend

        Incredible service. Received one lamp instead of set of 2 ordered and figured it would be hard to get order rectified - I am in Canada and Insight is in the UK... Sent an email and received immediate reply - missing lamp was delivered the next day. Beautiful lamps, amazing service.
