I am only commenting on behalf of one branch. I cannot say what the other branches are like. If I could give no stars, I would. My mother has been asking for a will to be made for three months and only now after phone calls has a draft been made. The solicitor was extremely unfriendly and the fees are extortionate.There is no one to speak to and no call back after messages have been left. An advocate from Hinchingbrooke Hospital is also waiting to hear what happens and has been present when I have called. For a simple will to cost over 1,700 is absurd. Avoid the Huntingdon branch.

Couldn't even get my name right when certifying documents.... Not like my name is complex. When asked to resolve there was no urgency. Avoid.

Wow being quoted upto 4k in the 1st email and 280 per hour to help us sort out our disabled adult child's finances. Made me feel they just wanted our money as got in contact with Mecap 140 simple court application!!
