Mark did not replied to my email, letarally was ignoring my conserns due to long time waiting beyond expectations. Sassy was pressurised to say Yes for selling on completion date even though my answer was no. She did not even asked why you say No. They are all about business and speed, no person centred approach whatsoever.

We dealt with Mark whilst purchasing a property and changing the legal owners of another. He was extremely thorough, professional, approachable and friendly at all times. There is a marked contrast between the quality of service we received from Mark compared to some of the "sausage machine" web based conveyancing companies we have experience of. I just felt Mark's knowledge and attention to detail was greater and he would not miss any minor clause etc. Furthermore the cost was very competitive, a detailed estimate was provided at the outset, and including a number of items others charged extra for. Basically I had completed faith in Mark and his professionalism. The only minor issue was, sometimes it took a little longer than I would have preferred for Mark to respond to me, but he acknowledged this and addressed it. Overall I would highly recommend Copleys and have no hesitation in using their services again.

Mark is everything you hope to find in a conveyancing solicitor. He was patient when explaining the practicalities of covenants found on our title and was empathetic and pragmatic when advising on the approach to be taken with difficult third parties.
