        I have been a Gas/commissioning engineer now for over 25 years and have yet to come across a burner manufacturer that can not supply its own parts and if it can the lead times are ridiculous. On this occasion I have ordered a air intake assembly 3 months lead time!!! Shocking. The customer who needs the burner for production is understandably very disgruntled hence he wants the burner off. Thankfully Weishaupt stepped in and can supply a burner and guarantee parts supply when ever required. I will not be recommending Riello to anyone who relies on uninterrupted production and costly outages.
