German Tuition Huntingdon and Online

I started learning German under my own steam during the original Covid-19 lockdowns, but once the world started to open back up I realised that whilst I had made some progress on my own I would really benefit from learning with a tutor. Since I started my lessons with Sara I have really improved, and advanced so much quicker than I would have on my own. Sarah is a fantastic tutor, and is able to really understand where each of her learners need specific help intuitive and patient, she works with you at your pace and supports you to understand the complexities of another language with ease. Not only this, but she is friendly and approachable, and makes learning feel fun again I cant recommend her highly enough!

I came in as a first time German learner who had never done any Germany in preparation for moving to Austria. The lessons felt structured yet flexible, and we were able to cover how people actually communicaed in conversation, whilst also structuring initially around a learning book. An ideal learning experience.

In Mid-year 10, we have identified that my son is struggling (in comparison with the other subjects) in all aspects of GCSE German in his secondary school. We have approached Sara to support our son. Withing short period, she has kindly identified the areas that needs improving and supported him in providing tailored lessons and relevant material. Within 6 months (i.e, ~20 one-hour lessons) my son has made significant improvement and he is now more confident in the subject and enjoying the German classes in the school. He is hoping that, in June 2023 GCSE test, he will secure targeted marks/grade that he wanted. More importantly, as parent, I see that he is enjoying reading textbooks in German language!

Sara is an amazing tutor - patient, encouraging and drawing the best out of her students. My son, who was nervous about German has made significant improvement after being tutored by Sara. He really enjoys the subject/language now and looks forward for his classes. We can see him constantly improving and German is no longer his weakest subject. I really can't praise Sara enough and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a German tutor.

My son has been working with Sara for a number of months in preparation for his GCSE German. He has found her sessions hugely helpful and supportive; and more importantly engaging. Additionally, Sara always sends additional work and support - certainly going above and beyond continually. I would highly recommend her tutoring provision.
