        Great customer service I recently accidentally caused a hole in my fire pit cover and got on to Landmann to buy a replacement. The cover for my particular model is not separately available to buy and Landmann sent me a replacement from a demo model the next day. Delighted with the service and I already love the fire pit itself so I will definitely buy from them again.

        I am extremely pleased with the GRILL CHEF Version 11242. Purchased from John Lewis on 13August2020. Is there a Manufacturer's Guarantee that comes with the product. Thank you

        Triton 3 model build quality is not that great and the temperature retention is pretty poor, the grill struggles to reach and hold a high temperature to support searing. Then when you do need spares, parts are never available on their website.

        Utterly useless company. Trying to get spares for my 1000 plus bbq that's 5 years old. They cant even be arsed replying to email queries. So I phoned and they cant help over the phone. Stick to Weber in future.
