The Acorn Surgery

I've tried to contact them by phone multiple times in different weeks/months, but no luck. It looks like they sent an automatic reply and did not bother to answer.

I have been using the Acorn quite a bit recently and I am now pleased with the helpful service and treatment. Improved since covid eased. I have struggled a bit with the online bit that may be my fault. The Chemist staff are great. My Tabs are usually usually delivered well before I notice I need more very very good during Covid, Thanks.

They're always helpful, polite and professional when they treat you. The people giving 1 star because the phone don't get answered... Well that really is not the GP's, nurses or receptionists fault, is it? There's too many patients calling, too many people needing an appointment, better if we try to be patient, (pun intended) Lovely people working there looking after us. Thank you !

Level of service below acceptable.Receptionists thinks that they are doctors. Confidentiality does not exist when you need to deal with reception Staff

I needed to get an emergency appointment today and I was lucky enough to get one.. Doctor Simpson spent over 40 minutes on the phone to me. She was extremely attentive, compassionate and showed a deep empathy. Very thankful to have such a great GP surgery.
