After reading the last review, I felt compelled to write. I called this morning for my wife who is not a patient. The receptionist was amazingly helpful, patient and sympathetic. I just wish they were accepting NHS patients but nowhere seems to be at present.

Not accepting new NHS patients, fine, but when asked for advice about others in local area (which I do not know), receptionist rudely told me to just phone around, as they don't have any connections.

First visit to this practice today as recently moved to the area. The staff were brilliant, very friendly, professional and cheerful. The environment was relaxing and the dentist was really patient and understanding, especially helpful as I am a nervous patient. He listened to what I was saying, I did not feel like I was being rushed, he was respectful and really helpful giving advice. Thanks to the all the staff team... you are great!!

Have been visiting this practice for a couple of years and only have positive things to say. Friendly, chatty and helpful team. Highly recommend.
