I have used Jeremy on several occasions for different degrees of urgency and complexity of IT issues ranging from virus ridding to supply of a bespoke machine to my specific requirements. I run my business from this machine as well as the usual personal use so it's something of a critical component in my life. Jeremy is mindful of this and always endeavours to assist with my requests, the latest of which he even went as far as to diagnose and research things from abroad. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Have known Jeremy for some time now and contacted him recently when my laptop went crazy and I couldn't access anything. Jeremy kindly spent time investigating various options to see if it could be fixed but ultimately it couldn't. He provided me with a replacement at a very reasonable price, set it all up for me and the icing on the cake was the successful recovery of all my files and folders from my old laptop! I've known Jeremy for several years and been in discussions with him about changing my email set up with Outlook for a while now. Yesterday I spent some time with him in the office and I am so pleased with what he has done to help me. I could not have done this myself which is why I wanted to get a professional to help me. I now have an all singing all dancing Office 365 package and an excellent support system in place. I now just wish I had done this sooner! I would 100% recommend Cambridge Computers (and Jeremy in particular). Thank you once again. I appreciate your help!

My laptop was not turning on and I sent it to Jeremy who did a diagnostic test and found a supplier who managed to fix the screen at a very good price. Great communication and very friendly. Highly recommended!
