I go to this store quite often and usually I'm quite happy with the coffee and standard there but from yesterday I'm changing my mind. First of all the all store was very dirty, tables were sticky and we had to wait really long for someone to come and clean the table for us. Secondly - I ordered cappucino with soya milk which I really like but my cappucino arrived completely burnt. I asked for a new one and it was exactly the same. Finally I left the all cup as I simply couldn't drink it. Honestly...invest in a proper staff training and teach them how to make a good coffee.
