I went to get a car wash, it was quite cold and icy. They were happy to clean the car and didnt mention any issues until I returned to the car and was told it was too cold to wash the cat properly but still charged me full price. Avoid at all costs. Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing

Left my van to have the outside cleaned and then went to fill up with diesel. The sun visor was down so I hadnt noticed a huge crack in the windscreen until I stopped for fuel. It definitely was not there before I dropped it off with them. Upon going back to waves staff were immediately defensive and said it was already there. Their body language and behaviour showed me that they had definitely caused the damage. They said they had pictures before they washed the van which they could not or would not produce. Told me they had sent them to head office. They got very angry and denied all responsibility. Hideous service and behaviour. Would definitely not recommend. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Car was clean ok-ish - missed some spots outside, inside was done fine, but not brilliant. Would be 3 stars, buuuuuut... I paid by card, the man taking the payment said 25 while typing (ok my bad - I should have looked, but the way he was holding the machine I couldn't see properly and was in a hurry), but the charge came out as 30 - he didn't mention any tip etc. So in principle, a plain theft. That's not on!
