Call1: They got my licence plate wrong and was told couldnt find it on system after speaking to advisor for 30 minutes to book.
Call 2: corrected licence plate but no availability for week I wanted. They wont ever narrow down days just give you 3 possible days for booking (because car owners dont have jobs and can sit at home for 3 days waiting to be called)
Call 3; told it was all sorted
Call 4 and email: I was then told courtesy car I had booked was no longer available to me because I am out of radius (I live in Zone 6 and this was never covered at time I paid for services in my agreement or booked the car)
Call 4 and email 2: Trying to log a complaint. Given incorrect complaint details
An hour later I am still on the phone waiting to speak to someone
Avoid this company and paying for services in your package at all cost! Life is much easier to go to garage direct and foot the bill.
Fleet assist: you should sample some of your calls and emails. Customer service and information provided to customers is shocking and inaccurate.
