Very polite, friendly and helpful at the Huntingdon branch. Just joining after a switch and was helped by Glaucia in particular. I do find so far that sadly the people at head office or call centre are nowhere near as good. I asked specifically for no emails but only texts. So far my multiple requests have been ignored. Perhaps the recruitment of head office or management staff should look for the same quality of individuals as do the branches.The paucity of head office staff who seem to struggle with reading is a major worry to his new customer. Please pull socks up very quickly.

A man came up and asked how to help and my nationality, that I was from Ukraine, when I was standing in line, he named the reason why I came. I was put aside and told that they would help in 3 minutes. Waited 40 minutes. Everyone was served, but I was not. I stood in line like everyone else but didn't get the service. National discrimination in this bank is complete, there is no service.
