        My money is in this bank until tomorrow. Today I went by and asked for them to certify a document. They refused. They said they only certify documents for lloyds, nobody else. A part of doing business with a bank is having them certify things when you need them to take 1 minute and certify something, if they refuse to do that part of their business, then I am going to do business with a bank that does what banks do. Not just holding money but certifiying documents when called for.

        Excellent branch. Visited on Saturday morning for advice on a money transfer and to get out cash. Spoke with two people who could both have not been more helpful or pleasant. Excellent service and very professional. Thanks
