        Has too be the worst BANK in history. Rude staff who will cut your call off if they feel like they have to do any thing that is work. System of contact via phone has a raft of security questions you answer and they then want you to go into your app to prove who you are? Time for a new bank account one feels.

        Not impressed at all. Barclays is the top funder of dirty fossil fuels in Europe. The UK needs cheap, clean renewables but Barclays is ploughing its customers' money into dirty, outdated technologies.

        Always queues for the one till (which I have to use as I deal with foreign currency), and annoyingly today 3 staff members chatting, when I enquired if they could help, they were too busy dealing with non existent customers. I am not surprised Barclays are closing branches with this level of service why bother employing staff. I asked for the managers name but not allowed to pass it on I have to complain to their website...my advice bank somewhere else, I am now
