Mel provides a fabulous service and always gets me back on the road in no time. Hugely experienced and has advised when a surgeons intervention was needed. Not one to treat unnecessarily and gives sound advice on exercises that are effective in preventing reoccurrence. Cant recommend highly enough

After years of knee pain I went to see Mel at healthworks, he gave me a thorough look over to make sure there wasn't any underlying issues, suggested different courses of treatment and worked with me to come up with an easy to follow exercise plan to help me get back on my bike for those long miles

After rupturing my Achilles in may 2022 I was recommended to visit Mel at the healthworks clinic and its been one of the best decisions Ive made. The staff are friendly and Mels knowledge is the best around his guidance has really helped with my progress to hopefully get back to full range of movement in my Achilles.

Having a slipped disc many years ago had resulted in severe lower back pain especially after playing golf or gardening etc. Was recommended to see a Physiotherapist, went to Healthworks and saw Mel. After several sessions I cannot believe how flexible my back feels even after hours of bending and lifting. Mel your expertise and magic fingers worked wonders. Enjoyed our golf and gardening chats. Thank you so much, just dont move away.
