We booked a 2 hour swim session, but when we turned up, she informed me that I had booked the first hour last week, which i had obviously missed as i did not know i had, so i only had it an hour. I tried to find proof that i had booked it as a 2 hour slot, but there is no information on the receipt, she then told me that the email with the details of the booking automatically go to spam, and apparently this is made clear at the time of booking. I know i booked the right date cause it was my birthday, No attempt was made to help me, even though 2hours were available for me to use then she would only let us use for 1hour, we got to pick first or second hour, I found that ridiculous and terrible customer service. i had paid for 2 , so we left, which is a shame cause we had planned on using regularly for larger groups. I give 3 stars because it did look nice and clean, and she was very polite.

We had our second visit Sunday and it was a last minute booking so Thankyou for squeezing us in. As last time very friendly greeting lovely clean pool and surroundings super handy they now sell pool items as we forgot arm bands. We will be back again in the future Thankyou
